In placing an order with us by completing the checkout process you are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Shipping.
UK ORDERING
United Kingdom (Online) This site complies with the EU Distance Selling Regulations 2000
We accept all Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit and debit cards. Online ordering is secure and powered by Paypal. All orders and payments are acknowledged by email and we normally dispatch parcels on the first Thursday after receiving your order as all plants on the site are in stock. We deliver overnight to your home, a neighbour or your place of work and we will email you again upon despatch with an order tracking number so you can watch the progress of your parcel. OUR COURIER USUALLY REQUIRES A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. Where the customer requires delivery without a signature we can leave a parcel in a safe place however our insurance is invalid in these circumstances and therefore we accept no liability once a parcel has left the nursery if it is not signed for.

We understand that you may prefer to pay by cheque (you can still order online and use the pay by cheque option at checkout) We can also accept orders by telephone or fax (with a debit or credit card)
CARRIAGE CHARGES
UK Zone 1 ~ England, Wales and Scotland

Delivery by DHL Next Day courier service (Parcels are insured and delivery by 3pm is guaranteed). Your plants arrive quickly, in good condition and are tracked on the internet to ensure arrival. Parcels can be sent to any address in England, Wales or Southern Scotland. Normally a signature is required. (see above). Some small orders may be sent using Royal Mail First Class Packet.
Delivery cost: £11.75 (up to 15 plants)
UK Zones 2 and Zone 3 (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle Of Man, Isle of Wight)

Delivery cost: 27.25 (up to 15 plants)
UK Channel Islands
Courier charges are very expensive and the Channel Islands are classed as an International destination by Royal Mail. You will be prompted to ask for a quote when ordering. We reduce weight as much as possible and send by Royal Mail Standard International Parcel with 3-4 day delivery. Your shipping quote will be based on your actual order weight so the price below is a guide only.
Delivery cost: approx £12.50 for 10kg
WARRANTIES and RETURNS
We believe all plants sent out by us are true to name and every effort is made to ensure they are of the best quality. We offer no warranty as to description, quality or any other matter. Due to poor planting conditions, unfavourable weather or neglect, plants will fail and therefore we will only consider complaints made within seven days of receiving the plants. On receipt plants should be unpacked and inspected. If the plants are damaged or are unacceptable to you please contact us. We will always endeavour to resolve any complaint quickly and to your satisfaction, by replacing plants or offering a refund. We may ask for the plants to be returned, in which case we will refund the return postage. Nothing in this statement should be construed as a change to your statutory rights as a consumer.
